Prof. Rujin Huang from the Institute of Earth Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences won the “Asian Young Aerosol Scientist Award (AYASA)” at the 10th Asian aerosol conference held in Jeju, South Korea, on July 5. He won the award with the first place among the 5 candidates.

The Asian Young Aerosol Scientist Award, established by the Asian Aerosol Research Assembly (AARA), recognizes outstanding contributions to aerosol scientists in Asian Countries. From 2005 to 2017, a total of 14 young scholars have been awarded, and Prof. Rujin Huang is the fourth scholar in the field of aerosol research in China to receive this honor.
