Professor Ru-Jin Huang was honored as a Distinguished Talent under the 2025 Shaanxi Special Support Program for High-Level Talent.

The provincial-level program supports high-level professionals in the natural sciences, engineering and technology, philosophy and social sciences, and other fields.

Among the 344 individuals recognized across the different categories of the 2025 program, only three were honored as Distinguished Talents, including Professor Huang. This category recognizes researchers working at the forefront of their fields who have made important discoveries in basic or applied research.
